Xi, Lula send congratulatory letters to seminar between CPC, Workers' Party of Brazil
Xi Jinping, general secretary of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee and Chinese president, and Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva, honorary president of the Workers Party of Brazil and Brazilian president, on Tuesday sent congratulatory letters separately to the 7th theory seminar of the CPC and the Workers' Party of Brazil.
